Shipping Fees
Our shipping fees are set at a flat rate for each country and the fee is explicitly mentioned in each quotation. An individually calculated shipping fee may apply for packages that are exceptionally bulky and/or heavy. This fee will also be explicitly mentioned in the provided quotation.
Dry Ice Shipments
Some products or components of products require dry ice for transportation. Such shipments are subjected to additional shipping fees that will be explicitly mentioned in each quotation. Please, note that dry ice deliveries are not always possible to any point in the world due to either a prohibitively long transition times, or due to local legal restrictions in some countries. Our agents will check in advance if a dry ice delivery is possible to your location and will inform you. It is the customer’s responsibility immediately upon receipt of a dry ice delivery to store the goods at an appropriate temperature. Goods that are damaged due to improper storage at the customer’s facility are not eligible for returns, refunds or replacements.
Customs Clearance
Customers located outside of the European Union (EU), the United Kingdom (UK) and the United States of America (USA) are responsible for the customs clearance of the ordered goods, including paying any local taxes, fees, etc. related to the import of the goods. Prior to dispatching the goods to such locations, Genprice will provide the customer in advance with copies of the standard documents required for import (Commercial Invoice, Packing list, Airway Bill). It is the customer’s responsibility to inform us in a timely manner if any additional documents are needed by the local customs office to complete the import.
