Description: Mouse beta NGF is isolated from mouse submaxillary glands and purified by sequential ionic exchange and gel filtration chromatography.

 

Biological Activity: Mouse beta NGF is fully active as measured by the receptor binding assay using recombinant NGF receptor extracellular domain produced in transformed CHO cells.

 

Formulation: Lyophilized powder. NOTE: This product should be centrifuged prior to use. Some of the product could be contained in the cap of the vial.
Purity: Over 95% pure by N-terminal amino acid sequencing and SDS gel electrophoresis.
Storage Conditions: Store at +4°C. Reconstitution is best in water or acidic conditions.
Stability: At least 6 months at +4°C.
