Description: Human recombinant NGF is purified from recombinant CHO cells and purified by sequential chromatography.

 

Biological Activity: The receptor binding activity of human recombinant NGF is measured using recombinant NGF receptor extracellular domain produced in transformed CHO cells.

 

Formulation: Lyophilized powder. NOTE: This product should be centrifuged prior to use. Some of the product could be contained in the cap of the vial.
Purity: Over 90% pure by N-terminal amino acid sequencing and SDS gel electrophoresis (one major band at 14 KDa).
Storage Conditions: Store at +4°C. Reconstitution is best in water or acidic conditions.
Stability: At least 6 months at +4°C.
