-USE: Elisa using Poly-HRP conjugated streptavidin to  exclude an increased background


-especially useful for determination of cytokines in plasma or sera (see the CLB compact kits for its use in high sensitivity mutli-sample capable cytokine assays!)

-each bottle contains 60ml of a 5X concentrate and 0.001% merthiolate

  dilute the HPE buffer 5 fold with distilled water before use (stable 1 week at 2-8 DEG C or 3 months below -18 DEG C.

-Store below -18 DEG C. Do not use beyond stated expiration date
