PRE-CONJUGATED GOLD ANTIBODIES

Colloidal gold OEM reagents are available in particle size ranges of 10 to 65nm. Conjugates are supplied in concentrations of 10 to 12 OD units at 540nm for standard formulations. Other concentrations, sizes and formulations available under a custom basis.  Altghough titers must be optimized for each application, 1 Liter of conjugate generates approx 500K tests in many immunoflow type assays.

Custom conjugation service of your antibody or protein is available for optimization. For the initial pilot conjugation, we require at least two milligrams to perform a thorough optimization although we have been successful with as little as 200 micrograms in some cases. The cost for this service is €900 for the first protein and €600 for any additional protein.

After your evaluation of the initial conjugation, the cost for larger scale custom orders are as follows (minimum charge of €300.00):
