Comparative 1D or 2D Protein Gel Electrophoresis

Comparative 1 D SDS-PAGE Electrophoresis: Appropriate solubilized protein amounts will be seperated on SDS PAGE gels (Percentages between 6 and 20% are available) and stained with Coomassie.. For ensuring reproducibility, the comparative 1 D protein gel electrophoresis should be repeated at least 1 x with the same 2 samples. Cat. The IPG Phor-Strips are applied to 2 D SDS PAGE gels which are stained with either Commassie or Silver.
