IgG fraction from mouse monoclonal
antibody (clone 3C7/H4) obtained by immunization of mice
with Cripto receptor from mouse (25 kDa). The IgG
fraction was purified using Protein G-Sepharose.

This antibody can be used for ELISA
assay (1:8,000). It recognizes mouse Cripto receptor.
This protein binds Cripto to specifically activate the
tyrosine kinase c-Src which is required for cell
