Product Details

Description: IgG fraction from mouse monoclonal antibody (clone 6B1/E7) obtained by immunization of mice with the extra-cellular domain of interleukin 4 receptor alpha chain (38 kDa). The IgG fraction was purified using Protein G-Sepharose.

Isotype: IgG1
Biological Activity: This antibody can be used for ELISA assay (1:2,000 dilution). The IL-4R alpha chain binds both IL-4 and IL-13 and activates many common signal transduction pathways. The extra-cellular domain, also called CD124, inhibits IL-4-mediated cell proliferation and IL-5 up-regulation by T-cells. The IL-4/IL-13 responses are involved in the regulation of the differentiation of CD4+ T cells and class switching to IgG1 and IgE.

Formulation: Solution at 0.95 mg/mL in PBS
Storage Conditions: Store at -20oC
Stability: Stable for at least one year. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
