Anti-human MIP-2 beta IgG fraction
(IgGl) is a monoclonal antibody raised against purified
human recombinant MIP-2 & alpha. The antigen was
produced in genetically engineered yeast, and purified
by sequential chromatography. The monoclonal antibody
was purified using Protein G.

This monoclonal antibody recognizes
recombinant human MIP-2 beta by Western analysis (1/100
dilution) and ELISA. This antibody is very specific for
MIP-2 &# alpha, presenting a slight cross reactivity
with MIP-1 &# alpha, but no other MIP proteins.
