| Biological Activity: |
This monoclonal antibody recognizes
recombinant human MIP-2 &# alpha by Western analysis
using a concentration of 10µg/ml together with the
alkaline phosphatase detection system. Under these
conditions, this antibody cross reacts with rh-MIP-2&#
beta and does not crossreact with rh-MIP-1 &# alpha or
rh-MIP-1&# beta. This antibody also recognizes
rh-MIP-2&# alphaELISA.
