Product Details

 

Description: IgG fraction from mouse monoclonal antibody (clone 2C7/B7) obtained by immunization of mice with MAGE-3 protein (49 kDa). The IgG fraction was purified using Protein G-Sepharose.

 

Isotype: IgG1
Biological Activity: This antibody can be used for ELISA assay (1:4,000 dilution). It recognizes the MAGE-3 protein, a specific antigen that is recognized by autologous cytotoxic T lymphocytes. This cytoplasmatic protein is expressed in melanoma and many malignant tumors, but not in normal tissues except for testes. It may play a role in embryonal development and tumor transformation or aspects of tumor progression.

 

Formulation: Solution at 1.0 mg/mL in PBS.
