|
| Description: |
Anti-human Keratinocyte Growth Factor
(KGF) IgG (IgM) fraction is a monoclonal antibody raised
against purified human KGF. The antigen was purified by
sequential chromatography (Final: reverse-phase HPLC).
The monoclonal antibody is purified using Protein G.

| Isotype: |
IgG-1 |
| Biological Activity: |
This monoclonal antibody recognizes
human KGF using an ELISA assay. The use of this
monoclonal antibody for Western Blot analysis is only
recommended if a secondary antibody recognized IgM
molecules with good sensitivity.
