Description: Anti-(c-erbB-2/HER2/neu proto-oncogene product) product IgG fraction is a monoclonal antibody raised against purified human recombinant monomeric c-erb-2 (extracellular domain) protein expressed in insect cells (baculovirus transfer vector). It is purified using Protein G.

Biological Activity: This monoclonal antibody recognizes the recombinant c-erb-2 extracellular domain (90 kD protein) by Western Blot analysis and ELISA.
