Product Details

 

Description: IgG fraction from mouse monoclonal antibody (clone 5F8/G1) obtained by immunization of mice with human TRAF3 (60 kDa). The IgG fraction was purified using Protein G-Sepharose.

 

Isotype: IgG2a
Biological Activity: This antibody can be used for ELISA assay (1:2,000 dilution). TRAF3 is a signal transducer protein that associates with the cytoplasmic domain of TNF receptor to different signaling pathways. It is important in T-cell dependent immune responses; it mediates signaling by CD40 and the lymphotoxin ß receptor.
