Description: Antihuman P-glycoprotein (MDR protein) monoclonal antibody (IgG1) p0reviously isolated under the name of 15D3, raised using the human P-glycoprotein gene product. This antibody has been purified, using protein G.

Biological Activity: This monoclonal antibody recognizes human P-glycoprotein of 117,000 daltons by immunoprecipitation and by immunofluorescence of drug resistant P-glycoprotein expressing cells.
